La Regalade restaurant in Paris is still very much alive!
We had a wonderful dinner last week. As usual restaurant was fully booked!
Dinner started with a genuine natural leaven bread accompagnied with home made terrine while we waited.
Then followed a warm and tasty lentils “Capucino” soup with a foie gras quenelle.
Main course was a delightful and perfectly cooked slice of veal with fresh vegetables.
Matured camember cheese was then brought to the table.
Considering the quality of raw ingredients and the skills developed at cooking it was worth the 30 Euros charged for the menu.
Do not exect to dine at La Regalade unless you book 4 weeks in advance for week ends and at least two weeks before week days. A must go in Paris!
